We will take a virtual journey through France in order to visit towns that have helped shape the French wine industry. Each dish of the five-course dinner will be paired with a different wine, which will come complete with a story about its origin. Treat your senses to the freshness of Champagne, sweetness of Alsace and boldness of Saint-Emillon to name a few.
Presented by Patrick Sauze, Robert Parker's very own wine expert.
Wine expert's biography
Patrick Sauze heads up business development at The Wine Advocate and is a wine industry veteran who has owned boutique wine importing and retail concerns in Asia, with links back to his Burgundy homeland. He cooks for a hobby and enjoys food from all over the world, especially Asia. Patrick's first career was in banking in Hong Kong, where he later established a regional headquarters for a French consumer brand. This required him to develop an understanding of the region's diverse food cultures.
